By accessing and using RotaryBot services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. RotaryBot is operated by We Toast Food, LLC doing business as RotaryBot.
2. Description of Service
RotaryBot provides AI-powered phone receptionist services for small businesses, including but not limited to:
- 24/7 automated phone answering service
- Appointment booking and calendar integration
- Business information and FAQ responses
- Call transcription and analytics
- SMS notifications and confirmations
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Using the service only for legitimate business purposes
You must not use the service for any unlawful purposes, harassment, spam, or to transmit harmful content.
4. Billing and Payment
Our service is billed monthly at $49 per month after a 7-day free trial. Payment terms include:
- Monthly billing cycle begins after the free trial period
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
- All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
5. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
6. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of RotaryBot are owned by We Toast Food, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Toast Food, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our service.
9. Termination
Immediate Termination
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without notice for:
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of our service
- Harassment, spam, or malicious call patterns
- Attempts to circumvent security measures or abuse our AI systems
- Activities that threaten platform stability or other users’ service quality
- Violation of telecommunications regulations or laws
No notice period is required for immediate termination to protect our platform integrity and other customers’ service reliability.
Standard Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard. We may also terminate your account for non-payment or other non-urgent violations with 30 days notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where We Toast Food, LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
