Cancel anytime during your free trial with no charges. Your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Free Trial Period

No-Risk Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for all new customers. During this period, you can test all features of RotaryBot with no commitment. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

After your free trial period ends, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances:

Service Outages

If RotaryBot experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our technical issues, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit.

Billing Errors

If you are charged in error or billed incorrectly, we will promptly refund the incorrect amount once verified.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where technical issues prevent you from using the service as intended, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a refund.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Easy Cancellation Process

  1. Log into your RotaryBot dashboard
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Subscription" or "Billing"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm your cancellation

Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Processing

Processing Time

  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods for security reasons.

5. What Happens After Cancellation

Service Access

Your AI receptionist will continue working until the end of your current billing period. After that, calls will no longer be answered by RotaryBot.

Data Export

You can export your call transcripts and analytics data from your dashboard for a period after cancellation. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Monthly subscription fees after the free trial period (except in circumstances outlined above)
  • Setup fees for custom integrations or configurations
  • Third-party service costs and premium features
  • Partial month usage (no prorated refunds for partial months)

7. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on this policy, please contact us with:

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or screenshots
  • Transaction ID or billing information

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
